Former Leone Stars Striker and professional Major League Soccer (MLS) player Kei Kamara, has being selected by the league’s Commissioner to participate in the highly anticipated MLS All-Star game against Arsenal.

The MLS All-Star game is a highly anticipated event that provides a stage to exhibit the league’s premier talents as they face off against renowned international opponents. Taking place on July 20, 2023, this year’s MLS All Stars are set to challenge Arsenal, a powerhouse in the rich history of English football, known for their remarkable success.

Expressing his profound gratitude and excitement, Kamara stated,
“I was speechless today but honored to hear that I got the Commissioner’s Pick for this year’s MLS All-Star game vs Arsenal in Washington, DC.”

Kei Ansu Kamara is a Sierra Leonean professional footballer who plays as a striker for Major League Soccer club CF Montreal. He is one of only eleven players to have scored 100 goals in MLS history, achieving the landmark in 300 appearances. He is currently third on MLS’s all-time scoring list also, having the distinction of scoring for 10 different MLS clubs, during his soccer career in the US.
