The Sierra Leone National Football team, Leone Stars has held asuccessful training in Morrovo ahead of today’s friendly encounter with the Squirrels of Benin at the Stadium Khourigba, in Casablanca.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 4:30 pm Moroccan time and 3:30 pm Sierra Leone time.

The Sierra Leone National team is already in Morocco on a week-long camp during which the team shall engage in two friendlies against Benin on the 14th and Somalia on the 17th of October in a bid to enhance early and proper preparation ahead of the commencement of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in November.

The team is showing a lot of enthusiasm and zeal as a way to showcase their readiness for the upcoming challenge with the SLFA President Thomas Daddy Brima and Deputy Minister of Sports Kai Laurence M’bayoh highly hopeful of nothing short of a victory in Today’s encounter.
