Sierra Leone International FIFA Badge Female Referee, Precious E. A Amara was among the list of female referees that officiated matches in the just concluded 2023 WAFU Competition.

Amara was featured in WAFU Zone A Match between Guinea Bissau and Guinea where she displayed a great performance.

In 2022, Referee Amara was among three female officials who based on their hard work and and high level of professionalism were successfully selected to become FIFA International Referees.

Members of the FIFA list are qualified to officiate at international level and are entitled to wear a FIFA badge on their uniform for the year in which they are listed.

Meanwhile, as the competition climaxed in Cape Verde, two Sierra Leoneans Miriam Heroe and Precious Amara diligently served as Assistant Match Coordinator and Assistant Referee respectively.
