Mighty Blackpool football club has suffered three straight defeats as they were recently humbled 2-1 by the Freetown City Council Football Club (FCFC) on Friday 9th December 2023 at the Parade Playing field.
David Sawyer opened the scoring for FCFC, but Mohamed Saidu Bah equalized from the spot for Blackpool before Turay hit the winner.
The three straight defeats for the club include 2-1 away to Port Authority, 2-0 away to Lamboi FC and 2-1 defeat to Freetown city council FC.
This is the third loss for the “Tiss Tass Boys” in a row, a clear manifestation that their resilience during the start of the Leone Rock Premier League with three straight wins seems to be shaken.
