Sierra Leone have been handed a huge injury blow just few days before the country’s crunch AFCON 2023 Qualifiers double header encounter with Sao Tome and Principe.

This follows after QPR right back Osman Kakay picked up an injury at the end of the first half and was subbed off in QPR 1-0 loss to Birmingham City this afternoon.
