The Sierra Leone Swimming, Diving and Water Polo Association has scored 16 out of the 20 marks indicator on the latest International Swimming Federation (FINA) Good Governance Survey for 2022 marking the second consecutive pass in as many years.
This survey is conducted every year by FINA to see the progress Federations all over the world are making in terms of good governance structures.
“We feel elated to be recognized once again by FINA as a country with a High Level of Governance Structure. This is the result of working effortlessly and conscientiously to upkeep the name of the country internationally and locally. Congratulation to us all,” President Sierra Leone Swimming, Diving and Water Polo Association, Mohamed Abdul Turay stated proudly.
“The new survey recorded some enviable gains in our quota of female Members in our Executive Committee.” he ended.
The recent FINA Good Governance Survey will serve as a spur to improve and promote the affairs and activities of the Sierra Leone Swimming, Diving and Water Polo Association in 2023.
