The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has reportedly provided the sum of 550 million old Leones to Bo Rangers for this and last season’s prize money.

Martin Wusha Conteh of Radio Mount Aureol confirmed the agreement between the parties saying that Five Hundred & Fifty Million Old Leones was transferred to the Bo Rangers account for last season’s league title backlog (Le 250 Million old leones) and this season’s prize money (Le 300 Million old Leones).

A source from Bo Rangers said he can’t confirm the news at this moment.

“I can’t confirm that at this moment. Not sure the money has hit our account,” the source said.

The champions’ trophy and medals will be presented to the Elephants on Sunday 23rd July, 2023 in their match with Bai Bureh Warriors at the Southern Arena Complex, Bo city.
