On Tuesday, 19th January 2025, the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) issued Local Football Agent Certificates to 19 individuals who successfully passed the Local Football Agents Examination.

This marks a significant milestone in Sierra Leone’s football administration. The ceremony was attended by Vice President 1 of the SLFA, Harold Nat Johnson, who commended the agents for their achievement and encouraged them to work collaboratively with the federation to enhance football in the country.

Johnson emphasized the agents’ duty to effectively represent local players and facilitate their movement to various clubs.

He also highlighted the importance of maintaining integrity in their roles and assured them that the SLFA remains committed to further developing football through training programs for coaches, administrators, and other stakeholders.

In his remarks, Johnson congratulated the agents on behalf of President Thomas Daddy Brima and the entire SLFA Executive Committee.

Speaking on behalf of the newly certified agents, Ibrahim Mohamed Kamara thanked the SLFA leadership for the opportunity and pledged to make the most of it in advancing football in Sierra Leone.
