The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) Electoral Committee, chaired by Mohamed Koi Bainda Esq., on Monday, 22 December 2025, formally presented its report on the SLFA Electoral Process conducted on 2 August 2025 to the Association’s Executive Committee.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Mohamed Koi Bainda Esq. congratulated the newly elected Executive Committee on their victory and urged them to promote unity within the football fraternity. He emphasised that collaboration and inclusiveness are essential to the growth and development of football in Sierra Leone.
He noted that the Electoral Committee executed its mandate in strict compliance with the SLFA Statutes and FIFA regulations, ensuring a transparent, credible, and peaceful electoral process.
Responding on behalf of the Executive Committee, SLFA President, Babadi Kamara, commended the Electoral Committee for its professionalism and dedication throughout the electoral exercise. He expressed appreciation for the transparent manner in which the elections were conducted and encouraged committee members to uphold the same high standards of professionalism until the end of their tenure.
The submission of the report officially marks the conclusion of the 2025 SLFA Electoral Process and underscores the Association’s commitment to good governance and accountability in football administration.
