The Women’s Football Manager of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), Elizabeth Alberta Kailey, has successfully completed a three-day FIFA Women’s Football Regional Workshop in Rabat, Morocco.
The workshop brought together women’s football leaders and administrators from across Africa to discuss key strategies for advancing the women’s game on the continent.
Discussions focused on expanding female participation at all levels, building the capacity of women coaches and administrators, promoting women’s leadership within football governance, and identifying ways to enhance commercialization and sustainable growth.
Ms. Kailey’s participation highlights the SLFA’s ongoing commitment to promoting women’s involvement in football and aligns with FIFA’s broader goal of strengthening the women’s game globally.
The SLFA President, Babadi Kamara, and the Executive Committee expressed appreciation to FIFA and the Moroccan Football Federation for hosting the workshop and for their continued support toward women’s football development in Africa.
