He also unveiled a new Fiber to Home Internet Offer, ensuring high-speed broadband at competitive prices.
Thanking the Government for their support, Bah recognized the National Communication Authority for endorsing the 5G trial launch. “5G promises a world of untapped potential, and it’s essential for all stakeholders to unite in realizing its benefits,” he concluded.
Chief Minister Dr. David Moinina Sengeh encouraged harnessing technology for equity and reduction of inequality, echoing the Government’s mandate.
Following infrastructure completion, Orange Sierra Leone’s 5G trial will focus on enhancing speed for both fixed wireless access and mobile broadband during its initial phase.
