The Management Orange Mobile Money Finance SL Ltd has issued a Disclaimer disassociating itself from Super Advertis.
According to the disclaimer, Orange Mobile Money Finance revealed that they are not in partnership with Super Advertis nor have any contractual dealings or in any way associated with the business/company.
The disclaimer states “It has come to our notice that a company/business called Super Advertis has been communicating with the general public through several media channels, requesting them to send/deposit undisclosed sums of money to them through several platforms including Orange Money for reasons/purpose that are unclear to us.
We would do not like to inform the general public that Orange Mobile Finance SL Ltd is not in partnership nor have any contractual dealings or in any way associated with Super Advertis.
Any of our customers that transacts with the said company/business will be doing so at his/her own risk,”
Dear Super Advertis partners
Regarding the information released by Orange to our company, I would like to explain it to you here, because any company or individual in Sierra Leone can become a customer of Orange and use Orange to conduct transactions, providing everyone with work and payment convenience.
Although Super Advertis is an international company, we are also users of Orange. As a user of our company, you need to know that our company can develop rapidly in Sierra Leone because everything in our company is legal and compliant. This does not affect the normal work of all users who have joined Super Advertis.
Soon Super Advertis will have its own payment system, which has been developed and is entering the testing phase.

How super Advertis came about to use their platform for money transactions…….oh sierra Leone….everyday is story…….you r d owner of the room…..and nobody is allowed to access this room without your permission…….now someone else access your room…. saying if anything get missing their it’s not your fault……whilst you know that someone is inside your room….

My advice to Super advertis, please try and expand your outlet through out the country to enable people to cash out money rather than using the orange money. Let there be competition
I hope , what you said in the write up , become reality because we have gotten several scammers in Sierra and the world at Large ,and we all should be our brothers keepers and that is why we all are contributing to safety of each and everyone life , property and capital,so SUPER ADVERTISE be real and tried to make the Government of Sierra Leone and other non governmental organization to know about ur work and all other activities u people are doing.

In my opinion, orange has more to this than super advertis. I can’t use orange money if am not registered with the orange company. Super advertis and it customers have been using orange money platform and orange has been removing what is due for then and the Government in the form of GST and service fee. God help us…..

I know and do believe that Super Advertis (SA) is here to stay and change the life of the youths. But just in case anything like fraud happened hmmm Orange SL Co. will be in trouble. All these while people have been investing in this company and you benefiting from every transaction but you kept quiet and now you want to play smart it won’t work. Let me tell you that you (Orange SL) are well aware of SA activities, even when depositing money into SA account the orange number used by the company does not require the orange code just the six digits unlike other orange money transfer.
And to the Government if they allowed this company to scammed the people of this country this around they will be held accountable as well. Because the company is claiming to be well registered with government which means the government who is protector of it’s citizens have done thorough investigation about the company its functions, legitimacy and life span before allowing them to operate.

I’m still confused how Super Advertis able to get Marchant code for their activities, I trust the vision of SUPER ADVERTIS but as the company is working to improve their own payment system try to complete the partnership with Orange as for now.

Stop taking Sierra Leoneans for granted, the said company is using the orange merchant payout and agent number to cash in and out respectively, now leave the “partnership and contractual dealing” as lots of us don’t actually know what that means (companies don’t just go in such like a click)
Now the big questions are
The merchant codes they are using, who registered it?
The agent number to payout, to whom it is registered?
Are you not supposed to get some documents or make due diligence to validate someone or a business opting to use your service as a merchant or agent before issuing out a code/number to them?
In as much as you have confirmed they are using your service and certainly, it is not the person-to-person system they are operating on, should you not know who and who is behind this and what it is actually – or this does not concern you as you only care about commissions been made?
As big and best in practice you claim, aren’t you supposed to protect your client on this right from the get-go?
Can you not or did you reach out to them and ask for information you may need to justify their mode or operations and for the what and why to enable you to understand well because they are using your services as a medium – just to show how you care about your clients and Sierra Leoneans as a whole?
If at all you have done the above and are not satisfied, are you not supposed to block them or make a case for them to stop using your services and institute a legal action if they do??
Why don’t send out alert messages about this to our phones just like you disturb us with promotional messages?
Lots of us don’t actually understand this disclaimer as many would see it as if the company is fake and a fraud so they would not want to do business with them as such it will affect their operation significantly as many of has placed trust in Orange for its credibility therefore it would have been great to step in and save salone if at all you deemed them fake or fraud at the moment until they prove worthy. YOU CAN DO THIS!
This your Disclaimer on partnering just shows how you care less about Sierra Leoneans just for your profits.

For how long this thing had been going on you never complained about it, is now that you are coming out Saying you are not partnering with them, is it because you guys are not getting what you think you should have, but all the benefits you being driving from it, what about that?
I believed that Super Advertis have been operating in S/L for over three months now. All their transactions have been made through Orange Money and/or Afrimoney.
