Limkokwing University, DSTI Sign MoU to Boost Digital Skills Drive

Limkokwing University Sierra Leone has signed a two-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation (DSTI) in a move aimed at strengthening the country’s digital transformation agenda and expanding opportunities for young Sierra Leoneans in the technology and innovation space.

The agreement establishes a structured framework for collaboration between the two institutions in key areas including training, internships, research, and innovation programming. It is intended to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical industry experience, ensuring that graduates are better prepared for the demands of the modern workforce.

Under the MoU, Limkokwing University Sierra Leone and DSTI will work closely to align academic programmes with national digital initiatives, enabling students to contribute meaningfully to government-led technology projects and policy implementation processes.
