ECOFEST, the renowned festival celebrating African culture and artistry, has appointed Hawa Turay, popularly known as Hawawa, as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Hawa, married to the well-known entertainment figure Abubakarr Turay, commonly referred to as Kabaka, the former CEO, takes the helm of the festival during a pivotal time for the organization.
In her first statement as CEO, Hawa expressed her deep honor and humility in stepping into this influential role.
