Sierra Leonean female hip-hop artist Natasha Beckley, known by her stage name Swadu, has addressed the recent controversy surrounding alleged physical confrontation with new school rapper Paris Gold at Triple Fest held at Radisson Blu.
Responding to the circulating social media reports, Swadu openly expressed her reaction, vehemently denying the allegations.
In a statement released on her Facebook page, Swadu announced her intention to take legal action against certain undisclosed bloggers, whose identities are currently withheld. She declared her readiness to involve the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to address what she referred to as false claims and baseless accusations.
Swadu further highlighted previous attempts to provoke conflicts, mentioning instances where individuals have allegedly attempted to pit her against established rapper Star Zee for publicity. Asserting her commitment to staying focused on her artistic journey, Swadu reiterated her determination to resist any pressures that seek to draw her into unnecessary controversies.
