The third prosecution witness, Christian Martin Kamara has told Justice Momoh-Jah Stevens that he found cuts and other wounds on the body of the deceased, Sia Kamara while at the Morgue.

He said after receiving the news he and some family members proceeded to Kingtom’s Virtue’s Funeral Home where the corpse of Kamara laid. The cousin added that they asked the manager of the morgue to unwrapped the body when they discovered a cut on the upper lip, body, reddish mark on her temple, wounds around her chest, both hands, knees and other scars on the deceased.
The witness said that that their findings prompted them to report to the Adonkia Police in Goderich. He added that after their report, the police arrested the suspect and boyfriend, Abdul Kpaka before they left for Lumley Police Station where the elder brother of the deceased, made a statement.
During cross-examination, lawyer E.T. Koroma representing the accused informed the court that the witness was inconsistent with his testimony in court and the statement he made at the police station.
