Reports and social media photos emerging on Wednesday show a horrific accident involving a car at Cafe Downtown in Waterloo.

Eyewitnesses claim the accident resulted in the death of an Okada rider, with other individuals sustaining injuries.

The cause of the accident remains unclear at this time. Thankfully, injured victims were reportedly rushed to the hospital for medical attention.
