Madam Aminata Turay, Chairperson of the Kambia District Civil Society Movement and a FIFA/CAF Match Commissioner, has departed Sierra Leone for Lomé, Togo, en route to Guinea-Bissau, where she will serve as Match Commissioner for the international fixture between Guinea-Bissau and Malawi.

Madam Turay, who also serves as Secretary General of the Kambia District Football Association (KaDFA), continues to excel in football administration at national and continental levels. Her appointment for this high-profile match underscores the growing recognition of Sierra Leonean professionals in African football governance.

Her achievement reflects the inclusive leadership of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) under President Babadi Kamara, whose efforts to create opportunities for women and qualified professionals have strengthened Sierra Leone’s presence on regional and international platforms.
