The All Works of Life (AWOL), a prominent development organization, has announced significant changes in its leadership structure following a global meeting held on January 17, 2025, in Freetown.

These strategic appointments are poised to drive the organization’s mission of fostering national development and empowering communities within Sierra Leone and beyond.

At the global level, the organization has appointed the following individuals to lead AWOL’s mission:

Amb. Anthony Navo Jr. – Godfather, Global Chairman, and Founder

Kweku M. S. Lisk, Esq. – Deputy Godfather

Sahr H.W. Ngegba – Deputy Global Chairman

Madam Yabome Lansana – Global Chair Lady

Leon Jenkins-Johnston, Esq. – Legal Counsel for AWOL Global

The Sierra Leone branch of AWOL has also named Ahmed Sahid Nasralla (De Monk) as Chairman, with the full executive team to be announced in due course.

These changes reflect AWOL’s commitment to reinforcing its leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that the organization can more effectively contribute to Sierra Leone’s development. The appointments are part of AWOL’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its structure and align with its vision for sustainable development.

AWOL also took the opportunity to recognize the achievements of several outstanding members for their contributions to national development:

Ahmed Sahid Nasralla for his dedicated service as President of the Sierra Leone Association of Journalists (SLAJ).

Professor Dr. Ezekiel Duramany Lakkoh for his prestigious academic honor.

Mr. Jabez Rogers-Wright for his appointment as Managing Director of National Insurance Company (NIC).

Mr. Festus Sowah for his appointment as Deputy Managing Director of Sierra Leone Commercial Bank (SLCB).

Mr. Kweku M.S. Lisk, Esq. for his election as Deputy Mayor of Freetown City Council.

In their remarks, both Amb.
