Mariama Seray Bah, winner of the 9th National Quranic Memorization Competition has shown preparedness to represent Sierra Leone at the Dubai International Female Quranic Memorization Competition.

Bah so far, has exemplified remarkable performance, as she correctly answered all six questions put forward to her at the preliminary stages of the competitions in Dubai.

She is to make her first official appearance to represent Sierra Leone at the competitions in Dubai, on Wednesday 20th September,2023 after recently received her traveling documents from FOISIL.

Bah is an eloquent and talented reciter of the Holy Quran. She became eligible for the upcoming International competition after emerging as winner of the female category at the 9th National Quranic Memorization Competition organized by the Foundation of Islamic Information (SL) LTD (FOISIL).

The FOISIL and her country people are hopeful that her performance will rank Sierra Leone in an enviable position in this year’s competitions.
