The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Red Flag Movement (RFM), Alhaji Amadu Bah popularly known as Boss LA will reportedly today, Monday 13 March 2023 makes another appearance in Court.

According to a report reaching this medium, all eyes and attentions will today be on the High Court; as the long-awaited Boss LA’s Case is expected to be decided today.

Sierraloaded has learned that the High of Sierra Leone will today determine the fate of the popular rapper who is presently under detention at the Pademba Road Prison.

Boss LA was arraigned before the High Court on Sunday 12 June 2022 and was charged with violence and robbery.

Meanwhile, the rapper according to the particulars of the offense allegedly stole four million two hundred old Leones (Le 4,200,000,000) and assaulted a pump attendance occasioning bodily harm at Leoneco filling station at water street, Congo Cross Freetown.

However, after hearing the offense, the High charged the Boss LA with three counts charges of robbery with violence contrary to section 23 (1) b of the Larceny Act of 1916 as repealed and replaced by section 2 Act No. 16 1971 and assault, actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of the Offences Against Person Act of 1861.

Boss LA was recently transferred to the Connaught Hospital for medical attention. He was however forcefully sent back to prison without his medical Doctor’s approval.

It is rumored that today’s judgment will finally decide whether the rapper will be exonerated or sentenced to the Male Correctional Center.
