Chief Administrator Raman Tom Farmar has gracefully stepped down from his role as the Chief Administrator of the Western Area Rural District Council (WARDC) in a ceremony held at the WARDC Conference Hall on Friday 10th November, 2023, passing the baton to the seasoned and experienced Chief Administrator, Festus Kallay.
