As the Commercial drivers ‘stay at home’ strike continues, some sympathetic drivers at Lumley who have come out to help transport the people suffering on the street, are currently being forced to go along with the strike as other drivers forms blockades in front of their vehicles.

The commercial drivers in the country went on strike from early this morning because of fuel issues. According to them, fuel stations owners across the country have been deliberately keeping their fuel and overcharge them saying there is shortage of fuel.

For this reason most of them parked their vehicles and decided not to work until something is done to tackle the fuel constraints they are faced with.

In doing so, they are doing all they can to even stop the sympathetic drivers who want to go against them by trying to help rescue the people suffering for transportation.
