The Friends of Attouga Mini Stadium Organization (FAMSO) has imposed a ban on popular striker Musa Noah Kamara, known as Musa Tombo, following a series of controversies over his registration with two community football clubs, Up Gun and Patton Rovers.

In a formal notice issued by the Organizing Committee, both Patton Rovers Community FC and Up Gun Community FC were informed that despite multiple protest letters regarding Tombo’s dual registration, no resolution was reached. The committee’s intervention to mediate between the two clubs failed to produce a satisfactory outcome, leading to the decision to ban the player.

The notice outlined that Musa Tombo had violated several regulations under Article 10 of the FAMSO Rules and Regulations concerning player registration. Specifically, the committee found that Tombo’s dual registration with both clubs constituted a breach of the league’s rules.

DECISION:

A player who registers with more than one club within the league is deemed ineligible.

An ineligible player is prohibited from participating in any FAMSO-organized league competitions.

Musa Tombo is barred from competing in the ongoing FAMSO Inter Community League 2024 until the matter is amicably resolved.
