Members of the Fullah Town Mosque are expressing deep concern following the theft of a cow intended for the upcoming Eid al-Adha sacrifice.

The incident occurred in the early hours of today, 5th June, 2025, when the cow, which was tied outside the mosque compound, was taken by unknown individuals.

According to reports from mosque members, the theft went unnoticed, allowing the perpetrators to escape with the animal.

As preparations for the holy sacrifice are underway, community members are urgently calling for the return of the cow. They have emphasized its significance in their observance of Eid al-Adha, which is celebrated tomorrow.

Further information revealed that a cow resembling the stolen animal was spotted in the Magazine Area. Members of the Fullah Town Mosque have claimed this cow to be theirs and are pleading with the individual who took it to return it promptly.

In response to the situation, the mosque’s headmen have announced a reward for anyone who can provide information leading to the recovery of the missing cow. They have urged community members to report any sightings of a cow or any suspicious activity involving a cow in their area.
