A Guinean businesswoman, Tenin Madeline Mansare had been sentenced to five (5) years jail term by Magistrate Marke Ngegba of the Magistrate Court Number One in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

Her sentence came after she was found guilty of defrauding an Indian businessman with the whooping sum of Four Hundred and Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($425, 000).

The said criminal Guinean woman collected a huge amount of money from the Indian foreign investor on the 9th of December, 2021.

It was established that from the 9th December 2021 to June 2022, the sentenced Guinean businesswoman continued holding on to the supply of cement with fake and unfulfilled promises.

However, the Guinean businesswoman’s arrest was facilitated and effected on 1st July 2022 and she was found guilty and sentenced to five years jail term on 1st of December 2022.
