As the fight against the Kush drugs intensify in the country, the Harbour Police Division in Freetown on the 26th March 2024 arrested Kush distributors.

According to report, it was an intelligence-led dawn raid by a joint team of Police personnel of the Harbour Police Division, a 40-year-old Ibrahim Conteh alias (Erifo) the drug lord of Kelson Lane, Ferry Dockyard in the East end of Freetown, has been arrested with several sachets containing (Kush) and 132 wraps of Kush plus a huge quantity of Cannabis Sativa (Jamba).

It a similar effort, four (4) drug kingpins operating at the Peace Market at Ferry Junction, including the hard-to-get 24-year-old Saffiatu Jalloh and her associates, have been arrested by the Operations Team of the Harbour Police Division with a huge quantity of Kush and Cannabis Sativa (Jamba).

This is seen as a big boost in the fight as the Sierra Leone Police remained committed to heighten the fight at every corner in the country.
