Hawa Hunt has responded to backlash over Jarvis School Tour to Sierra Leone. Her response has caused debate on the value of marketing and originality in the entertainment industry. She advised Content Creators in the country to treat Fame as business and engage in good management system.
She took Javis as the best example of how an effective and well structured management system could help one’s career as celebrities.
“If you want to be paid like Javis, get yourself a manager like her. It’s called marketing and business,” she stated.
Hunt blasted over what she called a culture of unnecessary hatred and jealously among content creators when others chose to put efforts in their talents.
“Unnecessary tantrums thrown anytime someone decides to spend their money on what they believe in is bizarre,” she posted. “Most of our creators are not creative. Too much copy and paste. Trying to kill each other instead of building each other.”
She however, stated that the one who brings Javis to Sierra Leone for a School Tour has the right to invest wherever they like.
“The person who brings Javis has the right to do so. It’s where he/she wants to invest,” she stated.
