The Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, has released a revised academic schedule and detailed examination timetable for the first semester of the 2025 academic year.
This announcement follows a faculty meeting held on Monday, 10th February 2025, where key decisions were made to ensure academic activities proceed smoothly.
According to the internal memorandum from the Deputy Registrar, all pending continuing student results will be published on Monday, 10th February 2025. Year One Diploma and Degree students will have a revised timetable to ensure lecturers complete their syllabi before the first semester examinations commence.
Resit examinations for Year Three students of the 2023-2024 academic year will begin on Monday, 24th February and conclude on Saturday, 1st March 2025. Postgraduate students are scheduled to resume lectures from Monday, 3rd March to Saturday, 26th July 2025, with their examinations starting on Monday, 4th August 2025.
Successful applicants for various postgraduate programs will commence their first semester lectures on Monday, 5th May 2025. The first semester examinations for continuing students will start on Monday, 17th March and end on Saturday, 12th April 2025. Lectures for continuing students will conclude on Saturday, 1st March 2025.
Additionally, IPAM Sports will be held on Thursday, 8th and Saturday, 10th May 2025.

Degree Year 2: 17th to 22nd March 2025
Degree Year 3: 19th to 26th March 2025
Diploma Year 2: 24th to 29th March 2025
Diploma Year 1: 2nd to 11th April 2025
Degree Year 1: 2nd to 11th April 2025
Degree Year 4: 3rd to 12th April 2025
The College Registry emphasized the importance of timely submission of examination questions by Friday, 7th March 2025. Faculty members are urged to coordinate effectively to ensure smooth academic operations.
