The death is announced of Mohamed K. Turay, who was a journalist of Nationalist Newspaper until his death.
The sad event took place in the early hours of Thursday, 27th March 2025, at Waterloo, Western Area Rural District Council (WARDC).
Until his death, Turay was an active figure in the nation’s journalism space.
“With great sadness this morning, I received the shocking news of the death of my dear brother, journalist Mohamed K. Turay. On behalf of the family and the ROB family, I sincerely mourn his passing.
“Mohamed Journalist was an active figure in the nation’s political space. His death is a profound loss-not only to his family and loved ones but to all of us. I would therefore like to urge members of Team ROB movement and other groups to pray for the eternal repose of MKT soul and to remember his family during these trying times.”
