Magistrate Abu Bakarr Bangura of waterloo magistrate court has remanded 52 accused persons for the smoking of Kush contrary to section 48(1) of the pharmacy and drugs act 2001.

The accused persons were found in possession of Kush and Jamba and in a place used for smoking same in a particular settlement in waterloo.

As the Kush intake in the country has been considered a threat to the youths of this country for which many individuals and bodies are projecting ways to get it solved.

Many recommendations y individuals coming up to fight the threat ranges from the law coming down heavily on the sellers as well and to hunt those houses and places where the sales are done as well.
