Alpha Sidibay, a 24-year-old barber working at Bassa Town junction in Lumpa, Waterloo, has been arrested and is being held in custody at the Waterloo Police Station.

He is accused of sexually penetrating a 6-year-old girl who also resides at his address in Manor Corner, Lumpa, Waterloo.

Sidibay has denied the allegations and claimed that the child is a relative.
