A shocking incident unfolded in Sierra Leone as an Officer on Special Duty (OSD) was allegedly caught stealing at Waterloo’s 55 Junction in the Western Rural area of Freetown.

The entire episode was captured on video and has since gone viral across various social media platforms.

The allegations surfaced when the OSD Officer was apprehended during the act. Eyewitnesses claim that the officer is indeed guilty of the alleged theft. This revelation has left the community in shock, as some OSD officers have previously been a source of concern for residents. It is also possible that the thief is an impostor. Waterloo has several criminal groups. He might be using a stolen uniform, probably not a police officer.
