Magistrate Santigie Bangura has remanded police impersonator, Julius Batilo Condoh to the Male Correctional Centre on Pademba Road.
31-year-old Condoh was in court for preliminary investigation after police accused him of impersonation contrary to Section 3 of the Criminal Procedure Act No.34 as replaced and repealed by sub Section 4 and 5 of the Impersonation and Uniform (Amended) Act No. 13 of 1975.
It could be recalled that Condoh, a student of Eastern Technical University in Kenema was arrested on Monday, July 17 along Aberdeen Road in police regalia.
Police at Congo Cross said Condoh was arrested after they found out that he was an impersonator.

The accused, meanwhile, denied the allegations in court but the Magistrate remanded him until the next sitting which will take place on Friday, July 21.
