Mr. Victor Mewah Rogers has been appointed as the new Free Quality School Education (FQSE) Pujehun District coordinator as the former coordinator, Mr. Abu Kpukumu have been upgraded to Regional.

Mr. Victor will be taking on this important role effective immediately. As the FQSE district coordinator, he will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the implementation of the government’s landmark education initiative within the Pujehun District.

“I am honored and humbled to be entrusted with this position,” said Mr. Victor Mewah Rogers. “The FQSE program has already made tremendous strides in improving access to quality education for Sierra Leonean children, and I look forward to building on that progress in Pujehun District.” He added.

The FQSE program, launched in 2018, aims to provide free and quality education to all school-aged children across Sierra Leone. Under Mr. Rogers’ leadership, the program in Pujehun is expected to continue expanding enrollment, upgrading school infrastructure, and enhancing learning outcomes for students.

“Mr. Victor Mewah Rogers’ appointment is a testament to his proven expertise and dedication to the education sector,” said Pujehun District Council Chairman Foday Kandeh Rogers. “We are confident that his stewardship will further strengthen the FQSE program and unlock new opportunities for the children of our district.”
