RCBank has proudly added another milestone to its growing list of international recognitions, having received the esteemed European Quality Award (EQA) from the Academic Union Oxford in the United Kingdom. The award was officially presented on Friday, May 2, 2025.

Mr. Adikali S. Kamara, Head of Operations at RCBank, had the distinct honour of receiving the award on behalf of the institution and its visionary Managing Director, Dr. Walton Ekundayo Gilpin. Expressing pride and gratitude, Mr. Kamara described the moment as a significant achievement for both the Bank and its leadership.

The European Quality Excellence Award, established in 1991 by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), is one of the most prestigious international recognitions for organizational excellence. It honours institutions that exemplify outstanding performance, sustainability, and innovation within the framework of Total Quality Management (TQM) across Europe and beyond.
