Mohamed Sesay, 28 -years old, hailing from the Kenema district, and 28 years old, Abubaker Barrie have appeared before magistrate Gashion Lamin Marcathy , at the magistrate court number two in Kenema district.

Mohamed Sesay at the center of one -count charge, linked to possession of  Marcoties: contrary to section 48(1) of the pharmacy and Drugs act 2001.

The alleged offense, as recounted by law enforcement authorities, occurred on Monday the 6th of November 2023, At Bonga Town area in Kenema Sierra Leone’s eastern province.

According to the police report, Mohamed Sesay is accused of being found in possession of forty-five wrap of Kush.

Magistrate Gashion Lamin Macarthy fine the Accused Mohamed Sesay quietly for the offense and sentenced Mohamed Sesay to one year’s imprisonment in the male correctional center in Kenema judiciary.
