As the yeàr 2022 is getting to the end, President of the Everybody Must Farm (EMF) Organization, Sfano Njawa Sesay, sends this message to all Sierra Leoneans:

“Ladies and Gentlemen of the all important and timely Everybody Must Farm (EMF) Organization, at this point in time I ring louder my appreciation for your dedicated support that made us bring our facts and evidences of the works of Everybody Must Farm at district levels in Sierra Leone, in 2022.

I am encouraging you to realize that the positive transformation of our nation for economic growth, self reliance, creation of massive job opportunities for our youth (men, women and the disable), can be realistic through the private sector approach.

This prompted the wisdom of President Julius Maada Bio that he prioritize agriculture and quality education and blessed the private sector to help His Government succeed in those two areas.

My Leadership as President of Everybody Must Farm is grateful and thankful that by the intervention of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the effectiveness of the Sierra Leone Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (SLCCIA), Everybody Must Farm organization was given the opportunity to express its membership and farm evidences in various districts like Bombali, Kenema, Bo, Portloko and most recently Kailahun and Pujehun situated on the Sierra Leone-Liberia borders.

I am confidently stating that My Heads of Youth Task Force on Agriculture, Chiefdom Field Representatives (CFRs), District Field Agriculture Officers (DFAOs) in all districts in Sierra Leone, Regional Coordinators and Campaign Managers are truly “Warriors” set to destroy the powers of Poverty and joblessness in Sierra Leone.

The government of Sierra Leone will succeed because the private sector did it all reasonable for it to succeed.
I admires President Bio that in the midst of the huge challenges Rained at His Leadership and His government, He courageously moves the country forward abiding by sustainable peace and development.

I am encouraging my people to learn to help our government to succeed.
Moving into 2023 especially in the period of political campaigns, I am warning my members of Everybody Must Farm to stay away from negative actions and bad utterances of words.
Please remember that “Words and Actions do not die”.

Vote peacefully and accept the result from the electoral commission by faith and focus on development for self reliance and sustainable economic growth of our beloved Sierra Leone.
Let us sustain the peace for the love of our children and the land we love, Sierra Leone.
I wish you all Merry Christmas and a Prosperous 2023.”
