Sierra Leone Roads Authority (SLRA) embarked on road Clearing on the the Wellington main motor Road after a heavy downpour of rain.
The road was cutoff from motor use after the street was filled with dirt due to the rain.
The incident affected the road at the Wellington Market Old Road leading to Upgun.
One of the workers at the ground states that the drainages they constructed are small and get filled whenever it rains because people normally dump their garbages in the drainages.
He also said the muds from the hills normally come down when it rains, and its usually happened whenever it rains.
