Late on Thursday night, July 26, 2024, a shocking incident unfolded in Torkpumbu 2, Kenema City, where 22-year-old Adamsay Vandy allegedly stabbed her husband, Bockarie Foday, also known as “Daddy Bock,” leading to his tragic death.
The incident occurred around 22:50 PM, sending shockwaves through the community.
The gravity of the situation prompted immediate action from law enforcement. The Regional Crime Officer (RCO), ASP Mohamed Feika, along with his team, visited the crime scene early the next morning, arriving around 6:45 AM to initiate a thorough investigation.
Preliminary reports indicate that a commotion was heard before the fatal stabbing took place. The exact nature of the altercation and the events leading up to the incident remain under investigation. As part of the ongoing inquiry, authorities are working to piece together the sequence of events that resulted in the tragic outcome.
Following the incident, the deceased, Bockarie Foday, was transported to the Kenema Government Hospital for an autopsy to determine the precise cause of death. This autopsy is expected to provide crucial insights that will aid the investigation.
Meanwhile, Adamsay Vandy has been taken into custody and is currently held at the Kenema Police Station. Investigators are conducting interviews and gathering evidence to understand the motives and circumstances surrounding the incident.
This incident has left the residents of Torkpumbu 2 in Kenema City in a state of shock and mourning, as they come to terms with the tragic event.

The reality of nowadays story writers is nothing write home about. Some have chosen to conceal stories ( Good ) from other parts of country and only reports the sad ones.
Women are the sweetest thing that God give to man but, this sweetest thing is the fastest thing that can kill a man, because chances of death is multiply in their multitude.

We seem to have a high number of women in our country who decide stabbing their partner is a solution. What kind of craziness is this? Life in our country may not be that great, but freedom is still a very good thing. You can still have hope that you might be able to do things in life and work towards that, and you can still eat some nice rice and cassava leaves or foo foo and whatever plasas you like with your foo foo. She won’t have that for a long time. And after spending a long time in jail, if she makes it out and doesn’t have someone to help her, how does she spend the rest of her life? This is sad.
