The Former Minister of Youth Affairs under the Koroma Administration and APC Youth League President Bai Mahmud Bangura has officially declared his intention to run for the office of the National Organizing Secretary of the main opposition All Peoples Congress Party at a well-attended Banquet of party stalwarts, friends, relatives, and well-wishers.
Born in Mambolo, Kambia District, northwest Sierra Leone, from the Shebora Lion Royal family, Bai Mahmud Bangura acquired his primary education in his native Mambolo and furthered his high school education in Freetown. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in 2006 at Fourah Bay College and his Masters’s degree in the UK. Across the country, he’d served in the capacity of a social worker and a teacher.
