“The task before us is too great and urgent to be derailed by those who seek to truncate the peace and security that we have enjoyed as a country. I once again restate my commitment to building a peaceful and prosperous Sierra Leone that works for all.”

“I once again restate my commitment to building a peaceful and prosperous Sierra Leone that works for all,” he wrote.

Bio’s message of resilience comes amid a wave of panic following Sunday’s attack on the Wilberforce military barracks in Freetown. The attack, which was repelled by government forces, left several people dead and injured.
