The Head of the National Public Procurement Authority, Ibrahim Brima Swarray has distributed five litres of fuel to bike riders in Kenema District.
Reports say around 750 bike riders benefitted from the gesture which is described as a Christmas Gift from President to bike riders in Kenema.
His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio made this donation to the bike riders when he went to Kenema to light up Bo and Kenema yesterday 23rd December, 2021.
