President Julius Maada Bio has been declared Flagbearer of the Sierra Leone People’s Party for the upcoming 2023 election.

He was declared so in Bo City at SLPP’s National Delegate Conference.

In his statements at the Conference, President Bio and SLPP 2023 Flagbearer stated that SLPP has believed in him for three times now.

In his first attempt as a Flagbearer of the SLPP, he did not win the election. In his second as Flagbearer of SLPP in 2018, he won the election.

President Bio assured his SLPP supporters that the should not be scared of the opposition because in the 2023 election “Wi Dae Borbor Dem.”
