Dr. Sylvia Olayinka Blyden a political commentator and former government official, posted on her Facebook platform this morning about a leaked audio she said she listened to.

In the audio, Blyden said former President Ernest Bai Koroma speaks about the need for a leader to publicly condemn those who do attacks on others for the leader’s behalf.

Sylvia Blyden then asked: “Why has Ernest Koroma not ever publicly condemned his ventriloquist puppy, Adebayo?” She pointed out the contradiction, noting that while Koroma spoke about leaders publicly condemning such attacks, he has never done so regarding similar actions from his own associates.

In the audio, Blyden said Koroma also talks about how Samura Kamara’s bloggers have attacked him, quoting private conversations between Koroma and Kamara. Blyden remarked that this situation “sounds familiar.”

She also added that the 50-minute and 56-second leaked audio, where Koroma speaks about Kamara’s “ungratefulness,” is actually a “perfect description of EBK himself.”

Blyden’s post has led to further discussions surrounding the political relationships between Koroma, Samura Kamara, and their associates, as well as what seems to be contradictions in their public personas.
