Sierra Leone’s music legend Alhaji Amadu Bah, also known as Boss La, joined forces with the Independent Commission for Peace and National Cohesion (ICPNC) and the Sierra Leone Police to promote peace and national unity.
The collaboration resulted in a Peace Tour and Float Parade held in Freetown.
The parade aimed to raise awareness, particularly among young people, about the importance of national unity and respect for the law.
It began in Waterloo, located in the Western Area Rural District, and then made its way through Freetown’s major streets, culminating at Lumley Beach.
