Dr. Brima Patrick Kapuwa has been appointed as the Director General of Service Delivery and Performance Management. The appointment, effective from the date he reports for duty, was made official through a letter dated May 21, 2024, from Julius F. Sandy, PhD, Secretary to the President.

The letter, addressed to Dr. Kapuwa, stated that the President of Sierra Leone, Brigadier (Rtd.) Julius Maada Bio, had personally approved the appointment, reflecting the administration’s commitment to improving public service delivery and overall governmental performance.

Dr. Kapuwa’s role will be crucial in overseeing and managing the performance metrics of various governmental departments, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and meet the standards expected by the citizens.

The Office of the President emphasized that the detailed terms and conditions of Dr. Kapuwa’s service will be communicated in due course. In the meantime, Dr. Kapuwa has been requested to indicate his acceptance of the offer in writing.
