The Canadian College of Technology has become a fully accredited university in Sierra Leone.

The institution’s name has changed from Canadian College of Modern Technology to Canadian University of Modern Technology.

The Chancellor, Muckson Sesay, expressed appreciations to different agencies and institutions for their support in helping the institution achieve University status.

Mr. Sesay also commended the management of the CUMT for their commitments and dedication for the transformation of the institution.

Canadian University of Modern Technology is a university based in Mile 91 in Tonkolili District which offers modern ICT courses.
