Following the end of the free period for the Waka Fine buses on Thursday 1st February,2024 Chief Minister David Monina Sengeh used one of the buses to work as part of his plans to assure the citizens of the security and safety of the buses. 

He confirmed that, it was a true privilege to commute to work with the government’s public mass transport bus system.

He revealed that, the are greatly working on the transport system to have it accomodating and sustainable for the citizens.

” Listen, it isn’t perfect, and we’ll keep working on it. It took less than an hour at peak time from Lumley to Conaught Hospital” he maintained

He thanked and appreciated the citizens for their for the feedback using the buses.
