“We hope Sierra Leone becomes better and better,” she concluded.

In a brief response, His Excellency President Dr Julius Maada Bio expressed gratitude and thanked the President and the entire citizens of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, for their support whenever Sierra Leone needed them. He added that the diplomatic cooperation would continue to bring the two countries together.

President Bio further noted that aid from China was a demonstration of the quality of leadership the two countries had always displayed.
